By registering for CoreAI 3, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. E2E Encryption & Data Privacy

All data is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256-GCM. No third-party has access to your data. Your fingerprint and username are used solely for secure communication.

3. Inactive Account Termination

Accounts inactive for 30 consecutive days will be automatically terminated without notice. All encrypted data will be permanently deleted.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Do not use CoreAI 3 for illegal activities, harassment, or distributing malicious content.

5. Service Availability

CoreAI 3 is provided "as is" with no guaranteed uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Data Retention

Conversation data is stored locally on your device and synced encrypted to our servers. Data is purged after 30 days of inactivity.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and European GDPR standards.
